Better Beef received the grade AA in the audit of the BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Standard), one of the most demanding certifications in the world in food safety and quality management. This is the highest possible classification under the British protocol, awarded only to companies that maintain continuous excellence in all their production processes.
The certification rigorously evaluates criteria such as control of raw materials, traceability, hygiene, safety, infrastructure and technical training of teams. The AA rating is awarded to companies that present minimum deviations and high level of compliance, even under unannounced audits.
The result confirms that operations are in full alignment with Brazilian legislation and international standards, in addition to meeting the highest global quality standards.
